A K-12 educational setting in Boston, MA is seeking a licensed physical therapist to provide in-home therapy services. This contract position offers the opportunity to support students requiring physical therapy in their home environment, enhancing their academic and developmental outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver specialized physical therapy services directly in students' homes located in Andover.
  • Provide two 60-minute sessions weekly per student, tailored to individual therapy plans.
  • Collaborate with educational staff and families to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation related to therapy sessions and student progress.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant school and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist with experience in pediatric or school-based therapy.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide in-home physical therapy services effectively.
  • Strong understanding of developmental milestones and educational therapy goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and school personnel.
  • Commitment to delivering client-centered care in a flexible and adaptive manner.

Location:

  • Position is based in Boston, MA, with in-home services provided to students residing in Andover.
