School-Based Physical Therapist - Cherry Hill, NJ

A K-12 educational setting in Cherry Hill, NJ, is seeking a skilled physical therapist to provide contracted services during the current school year. This role focuses on supporting students from preschool through 7th grade across four nearby school buildings, delivering individualized therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to nine students through one-on-one sessions.
• Travel between four school buildings located within a one-square-mile area.
• Deliver therapy two days per week from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, totaling 14 hours weekly.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs and goals.
• Collaborate with educators and other service providers to support student progress.
• Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate records according to guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Valid license as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience working in school-based or pediatric healthcare settings.
• Ability to manage multiple caseloads and tailor therapy to diverse needs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with K-12 educational environments is preferred.
