School-Based Physical Therapist - Columbus, OH

A full-time Physical Therapist with expertise in both school-based and healthcare settings is needed to support K-12 students in Columbus, OH. This contract position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the educational and developmental progress of children and adolescents across a diverse age range.

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to a caseload of approximately 50 students, including direct treatment and consultation
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to each student's unique needs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and healthcare professionals to support student goals and promote seamless integration within the school environment
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all compliance and reporting standards
• Participate in team meetings and contribute professional expertise to multidisciplinary student support strategies

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Physical Therapy license appropriate for practice in the state of Ohio
• Experience delivering PT services in both educational and healthcare settings preferred
• Strong understanding of the developmental and functional needs of children from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Ability to manage a full caseload effectively while maintaining high-quality care standards
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse school personnel and families
