A school-based Physical Therapist (PT) opportunity is available for the Extended School Year (ESY) program in Hull, MA. This position is a contract role providing hands-on therapeutic services to support student development and mobility within the school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver in-person physical therapy interventions tailored to students’ individual needs during the ESY program.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other related service providers to develop and implement effective therapy plans.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as appropriate.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide consultation regarding physical therapy goals and strategies.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist with relevant state certification.
  • Previous experience working in a school environment, preferably with pediatric populations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and school staff.
  • Ability to implement therapeutic techniques that promote functional independence and mobility.

Location:

  • Hull, Massachusetts
  • This role requires in-person presence at the school during the ESY program.
