Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Active Ohio state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
• Experience in school-based, pediatric, or similar settings is highly valued
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and educational teams
• Compassion, adaptability, and a commitment to promoting student success

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for K-12 students with a variety of physical and developmental needs
• Provide direct physical therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs and educational goals
• Document evaluations, interventions, and student progress with accuracy and timeliness
• Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and families to ensure cohesive support
• Educate staff and caregivers on strategies to maximize student participation
• Contribute expertise to IEP meetings and help foster an inclusive learning environment
