A licensed Physical Therapist is needed immediately to provide services within a K-12 school setting located in Lizella, GA. This contract position offers flexibility for full-time or part-time hours, serving a diverse caseload of students from kindergarten through 12th grade throughout the school year.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver skilled physical therapy evaluations and interventions tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to support student progress
  • Document therapy sessions and maintain compliance with school and state requirements
  • Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings and contribute clinical expertise
  • Develop and implement treatment plans focused on improving students’ functional abilities and school participation

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant with experience in school settings
  • Proven ability to manage a K-12 caseload effectively
  • Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with school teams and families
  • Flexibility to work on full- or part-time basis depending on the school’s needs
  • Readiness to start as soon as possible and engage immediately in clinical responsibilities
