An opportunity is available for a skilled physical therapist to provide essential therapeutic services in an educational setting. This role focuses on supporting students across elementary, middle, and high school levels, ensuring their physical therapy needs are effectively met from August 2025 to May 2026.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or higher
• Valid state licensing as a physical therapist
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Ability to complete evaluations and develop IEPs
• Familiarity with classroom equipment and therapy tools
• Proven track record of supervising PTAs and conducting assessments

Location: Hope Mills, NC

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to K-12 students
• Conduct evaluations to assess student needs and develop tailored treatment plans
• Collaborate with educators and other specialists to integrate therapy into the school environment
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Maintain documentation and compliance with legal and educational requirements
• Supervise at least one PTA and engage in collaborative practices
