Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid Rhode Island Occupational Therapy certification
- Experience working in a school environment preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Location:
Cranston, RI
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to understand students’ physical therapy needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other health professionals to support student goals
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of therapy services provided
- Engage in professional development to stay informed of best practices in pediatric therapy
