Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students requiring physical therapy.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to create and implement IEPs.
- Develop customized therapy plans tailored to individual student needs.
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and outcomes.
- Educate staff and families about physical therapy services and strategies.
