Physical Therapist - School Setting in Ocean Shores, WA

A part-time Physical Therapist position is available for the 2025-2026 school year at a K-12 school located in Ocean Shores, WA. This onsite contract role involves providing therapeutic services to students from pre-kindergarten through age 22. Assignments will be tailored to align with the therapist’s areas of expertise, ensuring optimal support for each student’s unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan, and implement physical therapy services for students within the school setting
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized plans
• Monitor and document student progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly
• Assist with mobility, strength, and functional skill development to enhance educational participation
• Utilize professional judgment to assign caseloads aligned with personal strengths and student needs

Desired Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with experience in school-based settings, preferably K-12
• Ability to work effectively with children and young adults, including those with diverse developmental or physical challenges
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work within an educational environment
• Commitment to onsite work with a flexible approach to caseload assignments
