School-Based Physical Therapist - Saint Louis, Missouri

A part-time Physical Therapist position is available for a contract lasting the full school year at a K-12 educational institution in Saint Louis, MO. This role involves delivering direct physical therapy services and consultations to students across all grade levels, from Pre-K through 12th grade.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing physical therapy services two days a week, with flexible scheduling options to accommodate operational needs.
• Directly working with approximately 30 students across the district, some receiving weekly or monthly therapy and others requiring periodic consultation.
• Serving as the supervisor for the current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who is on maternity leave at the start of the year, managing the increased workload during this period.
• Collaborating with educators, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective therapy plans tailored to individual student needs.
• Monitoring student progress and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with relevant policies.
