Position: Physical Therapist (PT) - School Setting

This full-time position involves working with K-12 students in Rathdrum, ID, focusing on providing essential therapy to support student mobility and overall well-being. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of student physical needs and abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's requirements.
- Provide direct therapy services to a caseload of 42 students, with 35 receiving regular treatment.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to create a supportive learning environment.
- Document progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
- Stay informed about best practices and innovations in pediatric physical therapy.
Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Idaho.
- Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and provide personalized care.
