Key Qualifications and Requirements:
- Current Arizona Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably within a school environment
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators and families
Location: Tucson, Arizona, within a K-12 educational environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy evaluations and interventions to students as per their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with school staff and families to support student participation and progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as required
