Part-Time School-Based Physical Therapist - Verona, WI

This part-time position is designed for the 2025-2026 school year, requiring availability three days per week to support students aged 3 to 21. Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist License
• Current state licensure and Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction certification as a Physical Therapist

Location:

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess students’ gross motor and functional mobility skills as part of the special education process
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals related to physical therapy services
• Provide direct and consultative physical therapy services in school-based settings
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, related service providers, and families
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team planning
