A Physical Therapist is needed onsite at an elementary school located in Vista, CA, to provide specialized healthcare services to students. This contract position offers 8-10 hours of work per week, with a caseload of approximately 10 children. The schedule requires presence one day per week during the school year.

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatments to students aged 5-12
• Collaborate with school staff and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
