An engaging opportunity is available for a dedicated professional specializing in providing therapeutic services within an educational setting. This part-time position is focused on supporting students from Pre-K to Middle School during the extended school year.
Qualifications:
- Relevant certification in Physical Therapy
- Experience in school-based therapy preferred, though not required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for all students
Location:
- Brockton, MA
Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to a diverse caseload of approximately 10 students
- Collaborate with educators and other specialists to develop and execute IEP goals
- Conduct assessments to evaluate student needs and progress
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss and plan for student care
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress
