A licensed Physical Therapist is needed for a full-time, contract position providing school-based services near Zion, Illinois. This role supports students from kindergarten through 12th grade within a dynamic school environment, focusing on delivering both direct and indirect therapy services to meet diverse student needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a K-12 caseload, delivering physical therapy assessments and interventions tailored to each student’s requirements
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
