An opportunity is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide essential support within an elementary school setting in Alabaster, AL. This contract position spans the current school year (CSY) and offers the chance to work closely with students requiring behavioral assistance and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and record data on student behaviors to monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed.
• Assist in developing individualized educational and behavior plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and family members to create supportive learning environments.

Qualifications:
