A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is needed to support elementary-aged students in an educational setting. This contract position begins immediately and continues through the end of the school year, providing an excellent opportunity to apply behavior analysis skills in a school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Collect and document data on student progress and behaviors
- Provide one-on-one support to students with behavioral challenges
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to promote positive behavior strategies
- Maintain confidentiality and follow ethical guidelines in all interactions
Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Experience working with elementary-aged children, preferably in a school setting
- Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Position Details:
- Location: Bow, NH
- Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., including a 30-minute lunch break
- Contract duration: Current school year, ending at the school year's conclusion
- Age Group: Elementary school students
