Seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for an elementary school setting in Cambridge, MA. This contract position spans the current school year (CSY) and offers the opportunity to provide essential support in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for students with special needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Monitor and record behavioral data to track student progress.
  • Assist in developing and modifying behavior intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with educators and support staff to ensure consistency in behavioral support within the classroom.
  • Maintain professional communication with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • Proven experience working in elementary school environments.
  • Strong understanding of ABA therapy principles and techniques.
  • Ability to manage challenging behaviors with patience and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
