1:1 Pediatric Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Cedar Hill, Texas

A dedicated professional is sought to provide one-on-one behavioral support for an 11th-grade male student exhibiting challenging behaviors. This contract role requires familiarity with school environments and experience working with students needing behavioral interventions, specifically those with specialized skill requirements.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience working in school settings with students requiring individualized support.
• Proven ability to manage and implement 1:1 behavioral plans.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred; however, paraprofessionals with extensive behavior management experience will also be considered.
• Strong understanding of behavior intervention techniques and skill acquisition strategies.

Location:

• Position based in Cedar Hill, Texas with assignments at the high school level.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and support behavior intervention plans on a one-on-one basis with the assigned student.
• Monitor and document student progress and behavioral incidents as needed.
• Collaborate closely with district teams to ensure alignment with educational goals.
• Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment tailored to student needs.
