A part-time opportunity is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support K-12 students within a school setting located in Concord, NH. This position is ideal for professionals dedicated to applying behavior analysis techniques to enhance student learning and development over the course of the current school year.
Key Qualifications:
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is required
- Experience working with children and adolescents in educational or therapeutic settings
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and the ability to implement behavioral interventions effectively
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals
- Dependability and flexibility to meet the needs of a dynamic school environment
Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one or small group behavioral support to students with developmental or behavioral challenges
- Collect and record data on student progress and behavior to inform treatment adjustments
- Follow individualized behavior intervention plans developed by certified Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Collaborate closely with school staff to integrate ABA strategies within the classroom setting
- Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with the RBT code of conduct
