A full-time, 37.5-hour per week position is available working one-on-one with a 1st grade elementary student in Cranston, RI. This contract role spans the full school year and focuses on supporting a young learner with social-emotional and self-regulation needs.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential or equivalent experience
- Proven skills in managing behaviors and implementing behavior support plans
- Strong ability to accurately record and analyze data related to student behavior
- Experience working with elementary-aged children, specifically supporting social-emotional development
- Candidates with behavior aide experience will be considered if they meet the necessary expertise in behavioral data collection and intervention

- Position is based in an elementary school located in Cranston, Rhode Island
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one behavioral support to a 1st grade student
- Monitor and assist with social-emotional and self-regulation challenges to promote positive outcomes
- Collect and maintain detailed behavioral data to inform ongoing intervention strategies
- Collaborate with educators and therapists to implement individualized support plans
- Adapt techniques and interventions to meet the unique needs of the student
