A contract opportunity is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one support for an elementary-aged student within a K-12 public school environment in Derry, NH. This role is designed for the current school year (CSY) and involves working closely under BCBA supervision to implement behavior plans and support the student’s academic, social, and behavioral development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 1:1 behavioral support to an elementary student.
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans in the school setting.
  • Collect and track data to monitor student progress accurately.
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to align goals and interventions.
  • Follow established data collection and behavior intervention protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Prior experience working with elementary-aged students is an advantage.
  • Ability to follow behavior plans meticulously and collect reliable data.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work within school teams.
  • Must meet all New Hampshire state and local district requirements.

Location: Derry, NH (K-12 school setting)
Duration: Contract through the current school year
