Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Dover, NH

A K-12 school in Dover, NH is seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the current school year (CSY) on a contract basis. This position offers an opportunity to work directly with students in a supportive educational environment, applying behavioral principles to promote positive outcomes in a K-12 setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on student progress and behavior
• Support students in developing functional communication and social skills
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure consistency in behavioral approaches
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with ethical standards and regulations

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

Compensation:

• RBT rates in the range of $58-$65 per hour
• Paraeducator rates range from $45-$52 per hour (if applicable)
