Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Dover, New Hampshire

A K-12 school in Dover, NH, is seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students with behavioral needs throughout the current school year. This contract position offers the opportunity to work closely with educators and therapists in a dynamic, educational setting dedicated to fostering student growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on student behavior and progress
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to support student goals
• Assist in developing and maintaining positive behavioral supports that promote student learning and social interaction
• Participate in team meetings and contribute insights regarding student needs and behavior management strategies

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required
• Experience working with children, preferably in a K-12 school environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, staff, and families
• Ability to follow behavior intervention plans accurately and consistently
