Located in Everett, WA, this full-time opportunity supports an elementary school setting as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Certified Behavior Technician (CBT). Working in close collaboration with a 2:1 student in 1st grade, this position offers a meaningful way to contribute to individualized education and behavioral support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-two direct behavioral support for a 1st-grade student
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on student progress and behavior
- Communicate effectively with teachers and support staff to ensure consistent behavior management
- Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions as required
Qualifications:
- Must hold RBT certification; CBT certification will also be considered
- Experience working with young children, preferably in a school or clinical setting
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators and families
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to following school calendar and working hours

- Schedule: Full Time, approximately 8:55 AM to 3:25 PM
- Term: School Year Contract following the local school district calendar
- Caseload: Not applicable, focus is on designated student support
