Registered Behavior Technician in Everett, WA

Located in Everett, WA, this full-time opportunity supports an elementary school setting as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Certified Behavior Technician (CBT). Working in close collaboration with a 2:1 student in 1st grade, this position offers a meaningful way to contribute to individualized education and behavioral support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-two direct behavioral support for a 1st-grade student
• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on student progress and behavior
• Communicate effectively with teachers and support staff to ensure consistent behavior management
• Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions as required

Qualifications:

• Must hold RBT certification; CBT certification will also be considered
• Experience working with young children, preferably in a school or clinical setting
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators and families
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to following school calendar and working hours

• Schedule: Full Time, approximately 8:55 AM to 3:25 PM
• Term: School Year Contract following the local school district calendar
• Caseload: Not applicable, focus is on designated student support
• Location: Everett, WA, Elementary School environment
