• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license in North Carolina
• Experience working with students with behavioral needs, particularly in a one-on-one setting

• Ability to implement behavioral intervention plans effectively

Location: Henderson, NC

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support to the student, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with educators and other support staff to facilitate a positive learning environment
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and behavioral data
• Attend team meetings and parent conferences as required
• Support the student in developing social and academic skills
