Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct support to students using applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques
- Collaborate with educators and specialists to create and implement individualized behavior plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and interventions
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required
- Provide feedback to supervisors regarding student outcomes and challenges
