Desired Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Experience providing behavioral support to early childhood or school-aged populations
- Familiarity with 1:1 and hands-on group interventions in classroom settings
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families
- Ability to implement individualized behavior intervention plans as designed by BCBA supervisors
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct 1:1 behavioral support and interventions to early childhood students
- Assist with classroom-based strategies to promote a positive learning environment
- Collect and record data accurately to track progress and inform ongoing intervention adjustments
- Collaborate with education teams and participate in regular meetings/conferences
- Follow individualized behavior support plans under the guidance of supervising BCBAs
