Desired Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Experience providing behavioral support to early childhood or school-aged populations
  • Familiarity with 1:1 and hands-on group interventions in classroom settings
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families
  • Ability to implement individualized behavior intervention plans as designed by BCBA supervisors

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct 1:1 behavioral support and interventions to early childhood students
  • Assist with classroom-based strategies to promote a positive learning environment
  • Collect and record data accurately to track progress and inform ongoing intervention adjustments
  • Collaborate with education teams and participate in regular meetings/conferences
  • Follow individualized behavior support plans under the guidance of supervising BCBAs
