A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is needed for an elementary school setting in Manchester, NH. This contract position is available immediately and will continue through the end of the current school year. The role involves working with elementary-aged students, providing support based on behavioral intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention strategies as outlined in student plans
- Collect and record data on student progress and behavior
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and administrators to support student needs
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines for behavior technicians
Qualifications:
- Current RBT certification is required
- Experience working with elementary-aged children in a school or clinical setting preferred
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a school environment
Location and Schedule:
- Based in Manchester, NH at an elementary school
- Contract position spanning the rest of the school year
- Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. with a half-hour lunch break
