Located in Monroe, WA, this full-time opportunity is designed for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support a 1st-grade student in an elementary school setting. The position features typical working hours from approximately 8:55 AM to 3:25 PM. This contract role offers a chance to contribute your expertise in a supportive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one support as the "2" in a 2:1 student-to-staff ratio.
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Monitor and document student progress and behaviors.
  • Collaborate with educators and therapy teams to ensure consistency and positive outcomes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards in a school environment.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred; Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification is acceptable.
  • Experience working with young students, preferably in an elementary school setting.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to follow established behavior intervention plans and protocols.
  • Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
