Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one support to an 11th-grade male student as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Implement and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Collaborate with educational staff and parents to promote effective strategies for student success.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and behavioral data.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development opportunities as required.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in North Carolina.
• Previous experience working with high school students, particularly those with特殊 education needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently within a school schedule.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis and its practices in educational settings.
