1:1 Registered Behavior Technician in Pawtucket, RI

A full-time position is available to support a 1st grade student with social-emotional and self-regulation needs in an elementary school setting located in Pawtucket, RI. This is a contract role for the upcoming school year, offering 37.5 hours per week in a 1:1 support capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support to a student with social-emotional and self-regulation challenges.
• Utilize behavior intervention strategies to promote positive behavior and classroom engagement.
• Collect, record, and analyze behavioral data accurately to inform ongoing intervention plans.
• Collaborate closely with educators and support staff to implement individualized student goals.
• Maintain clear communication regarding student progress and behavior management.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in data collection and behavior management techniques.
• Ability to apply behavior intervention plans effectively in a school environment.
