Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification through the BACB (required)
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field (preferred)
- Experience working with children, particularly in educational or ABA settings
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and consistently follow behavior plans
- Must pass background checks and meet school district requirements
Location:

Responsibilities:
- Observe students to gather data on behaviors and determine needs
- Develop and implement data collection plans to assess skill levels
- Conduct ongoing analyses of problematic behaviors to identify causes
- Create intervention plans based on assessment results, targeting negative behavior factors
- Assist students with disabilities in developing problem-solving skills
- Provide training to caregivers and educators for effective implementation of intervention plans
- Offer feedback to staff on the application of behavior interventions
- Collaborate with other professionals by sharing data and monitoring student progress
- Consult with specialists as needed to enhance treatment strategies
- Continuously evaluate and modify intervention plans for improved outcomes
