A K-12 school in Salinas, CA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the 2025-2026 school year. This full-time contract position offers the opportunity to support multiple elementary students, making a positive impact on their educational experience through behavior intervention services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on student progress to inform treatment modifications
- Utilize evidence-based strategies to promote positive behavior and skill development
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure consistent support across environments
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in all interactions
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Preferred: Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) training
- Experience working with elementary-aged students in a school setting is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
