An opportunity is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide dedicated one-on-one support for an 8th-grade student with autism in a school setting located in Wapakoneta, OH. This contract position requires a compassionate professional skilled in applied behavior analysis, with hands-on experience supporting students who utilize PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System) as their primary communication method.

Key qualifications and experience include:

• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is required.
• Proven experience working with students on the autism spectrum.
• Expertise in facilitating communication using PECS.
• Ability to implement individualized behavior plans effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the patience needed for a one-on-one aide role.
• Punctuality and commitment to a full-time schedule, with availability starting at 7:00 AM.
• Comfort working with middle school level students, specifically 8th grade.

Responsibilities:
