A position is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide behavioral support services for middle school students in West Richland, WA. This contract role spans the current school year (CSY) and centers on delivering applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions and data collection to support students with behavioral and developmental needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on student progress and behavior
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support individualized learning goals
- Maintain professional and ethical standards in all interactions
- Assist with the development and modification of behavior strategies as needed
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience working with middle school-aged children, preferably in a school setting
