A contract opportunity is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support ABA therapy services in an elementary school setting located in Worcester, MA. This position is ideal for candidates with experience working in school environments who are passionate about applying Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to help students succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Work directly with elementary school students to address behavioral challenges and promote positive social and learning skills
- Collect and document data to track student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure consistent behavioral support across environments
- Participate in team meetings and follow all school policies and procedures

- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required
