Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized reading instruction aligned with middle school curriculum standards
• Collaborate with general education teachers to integrate reading strategies in ELA classes
• Assess student progress and tailor interventions to individual learning needs
• Support students in developing critical reading comprehension and fluency skills
• Maintain clear communication with staff, students, and families regarding student progress

Desired Qualifications:
