Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to students, addressing both routine and urgent health needs
• Manage and administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and protocols
• Assess student health concerns and provide appropriate interventions or referrals
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records for all students
• Collaborate closely with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to develop individualized health plans
• Promote health awareness and education within the school community
• Respond efficiently to emergencies and implement necessary first aid measures

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with current credentials
• Previous experience as a School Nurse or in a school health setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of child and adolescent health issues
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
• CPR and First Aid certification is required or obtainable upon hire
