Per Diem School RN in Spring Valley, NY

A K-12 educational setting in Spring Valley, NY is seeking a dedicated nursing professional to provide substitute health services on a per diem basis during the current school year. This role is ideal for a licensed New York RN with experience in school nursing and a passion for supporting the health and well-being of students.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing the health room and providing first aid and nursing care to students
• Administering diabetic care, including insulin administration as required
• Assisting with toileting and other personal care needs
• Collaborating with school staff to develop health plans and respond to health emergencies
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with health policies

Qualifications:

• Licensed New York State Registered Nurse (RN)
• Experience in school-based nursing preferred
