Qualifications:

  • Valid school psychologist credential or license
  • Experience working in K-12 educational settings
  • Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of educational laws and regulations
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive school environment

Location: McKinleyville, CA

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for students
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student needs
  • Provide direct counseling services to students and develop suitable interventions
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and strategies
  • Serve as a resource for faculty and staff regarding mental health and wellness
  • Develop and implement IEPs and monitor their effectiveness
