Qualifications:
- Doctoral or Master’s degree in School Psychology
- Valid state license or certification in School Psychology
- Previous experience working in an elementary school setting preferred
- Strong understanding of psychoeducational assessments and interventions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals
- Cultural competence and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments and provide feedback to students and staff
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to identify student needs and create intervention strategies
- Provide counseling and support services to students and families
- Conduct crisis interventions and provide support during emergencies
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records and documentation
