Your day will typically run from either 7:20am to 2:40pm or 8:30am to 3:50pm, Monday through Friday, providing a desirable work-life balance. Flexibility will be essential, as assignment locations and caseloads may shift based on student needs.
Key Qualifications:
- Certification as a Maryland School Psychologist (required)
- Previous experience in school settings is preferred
- Skillful in conducting comprehensive student evaluations: cognitive, social/emotional, behavioral, adaptive, FBAs, BIPs, and more
- Ability to contribute in multi-disciplinary teams and work seamlessly with staff and families
Core Responsibilities:
- Complete psychoeducational assessments for students PK-21 as required
- Attend and contribute to IEP and SST meetings
- Collaborate on Functional Behavioral Assessments and Behavior Intervention Plans
- Potential support of counseling services if needs arise
- Maintain accurate records and timely documentation
