Qualifications:
- Maryland Psychologist license (or eligible with pending status)
- Valid Maryland motor vehicle operator’s license
- Minimum 1 year experience with psychological evaluations, comprehensive report writing, and IEP-related responsibilities
- At least 1 year counseling students on IEP goals in a school environment
- Proven experience collaborating on multidisciplinary educational teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-person counseling per IEP objectives and service hour requirements
- Use your own transportation to travel between assigned schools as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation in MOIEP and related systems
- Complete tri-annual IEP progress reports and provide consultation with teachers, service providers, and families
- Participate in IEP, child-find, and 504 Plan meetings, offering insights into eligibility and student growth
- Administer and interpret a range of psychological assessments
- Develop and communicate recommendations based on comprehensive reports
