A full-time School Psychologist position is available for the 26/27 school year in Bardstown, KY, serving a K-12 school setting on a contract basis. This role involves conducting psychological evaluations, preparing detailed reports, and actively participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to support student success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for K-12 students.
- Prepare clear and thorough reports based on evaluation findings.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals during IEP meetings to develop individualized plans.
- Provide consultation and support to school staff regarding student mental health and learning needs.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with school policies and relevant laws.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
- Experience working within K-12 educational settings.
- Strong skills in psychological assessment, report writing, and familiarity with IEP processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload effectively during the school year.
