Qualifications:
- Doctoral or Master’s degree in School Psychology or related field
- Valid state licensure or certification in School Psychology
- Experience working with K-12 students
- Strong assessment and intervention skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals
- Cultural competency and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Knowledge of special education laws and regulations
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide counseling and therapeutic services to students
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families regarding student needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Promote mental health awareness and best practices within the school community
