An elementary school in Bridgeport, CT, is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist for the 2025-2026 school year. This full-time contract position (32.5 hours/week) focuses on supporting students in grades K-2, providing essential psychological services within a collaborative educational environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for students in grades K-2
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide counseling and intervention strategies tailored to student needs
- Monitor student progress and adjust services as necessary
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state regulations
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Connecticut certification as a School Psychologist
