Key Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
- Current school psychologist certification or eligibility for certification in Texas
- Proven experience with psychoeducational assessments and student evaluations
- Familiarity with IEP processes, intervention strategies, and response-to-intervention (RTI) frameworks
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate with school staff, students, and families
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple assessments
- Comfortable working both independently and as a team member
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive student evaluations and assessments as assigned
- Collaborate with on-site school psychologists to interpret data and develop recommendations
- Assist in the creation and support of individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student needs and progress
- Contribute to solution-focused interventions and behavioral support planning
- Maintain accurate, confidential records and documentation
- Engage positively with students, families, and staff to foster a nurturing educational environment
